Naro requires access to Fireflies meeting transcripts via API, which is available on Fireflies' Pro plan and above. The Fireflies free plan does not include API access.
We also use Otter.ai for some meetings. Do we have to choose?
No. Naro can connect to both Fireflies and Otter.ai simultaneously, giving you unified content recommendations regardless of which transcription tool was used.
How does Naro handle confidential meetings?
You control which Fireflies meeting types Naro can access. Internal meetings, HR conversations, and other sensitive calls can be excluded from Naro's index.
Can Naro use Fireflies' custom vocabulary and tags?
